Alphagraph is the most dynamic developing company in this sector in Bulgaria. In lest then 3 years from starting active trade with printing and post-printing equipment it is already amongst top 3 in Bulgaria both by business volume and numbers of installed machines. And this keeping in mind the Alphagraph business approach is strictly different from all the competitors:

Alphagraph does not sale second hand equipment. Most of the leading West European and Japanese suppliers pressed on Alphagraph for selling used in Western Europe equipment. Company management considered this as deeply unfair to Bulgarian printers, as the machines produced in last century are at least 3 times more service consuming and 5 times less productive then current models in new state.

When the customer is budget oriented and also applies pressure on Alphagraph for buying used equipment:

  • When he wants to learn and improve its technology Alphagraph offers cheap but still with as rich as Western and sometimes even richer functionality professional but cheap equipment from China, Sweden, and USA.
  • When he wants more reliability Alphagraph offers expensive equipment from China and USA where specialist still demand best quality and thus there are still in production lasting 50+ years machines.
  • When he demands his favorite brand but has not enough money Alphagraph finds demo machines in manufacturer authorized sales centers.
  • When he still is not convinced Alphagraph finds used but in good shape equipment and returns it to the manufacturer for factory refurbishing.

Alphagraph has extremely low surcharge - under 20%, and it are usually included transport cost, custom and other duties and taxes, training of the service engineer for maintenance of this particular model, and all other necessary. Those of you have been visited Alphagraph booths on different exhibition found that its prices for new equipment are mostly lower then these for second hand equipment of the other competitors.

Alphagraph provides real full scale maintenance:
  • only by service engineers with Master of Science Degree;
  • following strictly the procedures defined by the manufacturer and using original service documentation;
  • using only genuine parts, delivered in shortest time by courier including the cheapest Chinese equipment.
In most of the cases machines are so cheap that the maintenance itself is more costly then the equipment. Therefore Alphagraph offers flexible maintenance variants:
  • Higher price with full maintenance (parts, labor, etc. is free);
  • Modest price with guaranteed parts delivery, but labor is "a-la-carte";
  • Price = Cost + 2-3% with optional service documentation, but no further involving Alphagraph in the maintenance.
Alphagraph first priority are its customers interests, not its suppliers':
  • Alphagraph would never recommend a machine model not worked for at least 6 months in its office or on test site under Alphagraph control. Sales volume/quota or profit are not amongst top priorities.
  • When customer impressed by a "big name" still insists on buying no recommended equipment Alphagraph delivers it on very aggressive price (Alphagraph does not hesitate to negotiate on the edge of reket with the supplier).

Alphagraph delivers in shortest terms (at least two times shorter then of the competitors) without keeping significant quantities on stock for avoiding increasing the price because of bank interest rates. But Alphagraph does not hesitate to transport by air even heavy equipment like three knife trimmer or binding line.

Alphagraph offers complete solutions and consulting. Starting its business as commercial printer the management and owners still remember how sharp is the edge between gaining and loosing from certain investment. Therefore they always insist on investigating customer business before recommending some of over 500 models in sale today.

The above, of course backfires. Low profit rate does not allow to tolerate:

  • Reket from the customer;
  • "Lovers Relationship" (accepting the bad mood, including offenses) with the customer;
  • Customer Smart tricks outside the contracted frame;
  • Paying only part of the price.
